About the Doctor Referral Service

The Doctor Referral Service is a free service provided to the community and to active staff physicians. Our role is to help callers who seek medical consultations or information by matching them with those services at Hartford Hospital. In order to refer the appropriate patients to your practice, we need to have up-to-date biographical information on you in order to match consumer needs with your expertise.
 
In addition to providing help over the telephone and via e-mail, we also maintain the Find a Physician section of the Hartford Hospital website and publish the Hartford Hospital Calendar of Events which, along with the ROUNDS wellness magazine, is distributed to over 100,000 homes and physician offices, and is made available online.
