Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-Week Series

Stressed by life events, illness, pain, worry? This 8-week course (plus  orientation and retreat) is modeled after the original acclaimed program by Jon Kabat Zinn at UMass Medical Center.  You will learn sitting and walking meditation, the "body scan", mindful yoga, loving kindness practice, and techniques of daily living in a supportive group environment.
