How and when do I pay for my room?
All rooms are reserved with a credit card. Unless advised, we will
charge that credit card at the end of your stay. Cash or Check are also
acceptable forms of payment. If you choose to pay by cash or check,
please stop by our office the day before your check out date to
arrange that. Payments are made at our office which is located on
the 2nd floor of the ERD building, room 253. If you check out after
office hours, your credit card will be charged the following day by our
staff.
I need to check out earlier or later than expected.
Please notify our office at 860-545-1111. If you can’t reach anyone,
please leave us a message stating your name, room number, and new
date of check out. If you are checking out and need to drop off your
key after hours, you may leave it with security in our lobby.
How much is parking?
Parking passes are available at the Cashiers office and Auxiliary store
located on the first floor of Hartford Hospital. A weekly parking pass
is $20. Without a parking pass, the total charge to park in the public
parking garage is $8 per day.
Does the Hudson Suites validate parking?
The Hudson Suites does not validate parking.
Does the Hudson Suites offer wake up calls?
We apologize that the suites does not offer wake up calls to their
guests. But each room is equipped with an alarm clock that their
guests may use at their own convenience.
Does the Hudson Suites provide professional medical attention?
The Hudson Suites does not provide professional medical care to its
guests. If you have a medical emergency during your stay, please call
911 immediately.
I’m having a problem with the heating or air conditioning in my room.
Please call the Hudson Suites office at 860-545-1111 or Security at
860-972-2219 report the problem.
I need a plumber, electrician, or a maintenance person to fix something in my room.
Mechanical problems in your room can be reported to our office or
security officer in our lobby after hours. We will contact the
engineering department for you to have it looked at right away. |
