Dear Hartford Hospital Retiree:
Effective August 31, 2014, online credit card payment services are no longer available.
Hartford HealthCare continues to seek out ways to improve our customer relations in order to provide on-going quality service to our customers. These changes will result in increased efficiency and faster and better services.
To achieve these goals, the Retirement Service Department of Hartford Healthcare will be out-sourced to a new vendor, Conexis. Conexis is a company dedicated to providing employee benefits administration nationwide.
In the upcoming months, the following changes will take place:
- The current online credit card payment services will no longer be available.
- Billing invoices for retiree insurance premiums will be generated by Conexis.
- New Remittance address.
- New contact information for customer service and billing.
